So recently I took out my hair weave, and I must say I have not been happier. This was like the extra push I needed to further achieving my state of happiness. I needed to go back to my birth state....the state of my ancestry...the state of proud AfroAmerican heritage. There are soooooooo many styles that I am dying to try with my natural hair. No longer do I have to fight with the scorching hot ceramics in order to fit in with what society has embedded in us was "normal". No longer will I have to hide who I am as a person; and individual to become just......regular....I rather be....IRREGULAR!
